About Us
We are consummate organisers and stress relievers - passionate about making the experience of getting married special for everyone involved, right from the very first conversation. On the day, we'll make sure everything looks just as you planned it to be, ensuring everything is perfectly executed and coordinated. Your suppliers will be in the right position, everything will be kept on time and your guests will never have an empty glass! And should anything steer off course slightly, you won't ever know. We want everyone to make memories in all the right ways which means you are relaxed and in the moment.
For our couples, we know it is all about the perfect day. We deliver on the day set-up and coordination that gives you the freedom to focus on celebrating in style and the reassurance that everything is always under control. We are proud to deliver a service that will give you the freedom to focus on your day knowing full well that we are there for you, to ensure that your celebration will be the embodiment of everything that you wished for, planned for, and worked so hard for.
The Team
In 2016 Nina Beer founded Occasion Queens, the first company in the UK to specialise in purely On The Day Coordination, and since then the team has gone on to help over 300 couples bring their wedding dreams to life. It is important to us that all our couples are looked after by the best of the best. Everyone who is part of the Occasion Queens team, The Queens, are highly experienced wedding planners in their own right. Each one of our Queens gives their all to your day, making sure it runs just as you planned.
How we work
All our packages start with an Inspiration Session, a chance for us to get to know you and your wedding plans, what you like and what you don’t. We talk through your timeline, the colours you like, how to personalise your day whilst keeping an eye on that budget. We also recommend amazing suppliers that fit your style and stay within the boundaries of what you want to spend.
We then leave you to it, you plan your wedding! We are there in the background if you have any questions or queries but you stay in control and plan your day, having all the information to start you off on the right track.
We then come back in at the end, ask you to fill in a super simple spreadsheet which we go through in a final planning meeting and you tell us everything you need in fine detail, handover all the thoughts that are in your head.
We then come in on the day and this can be for as little or as much as you like - from setting up your decor and then leaving, or staying and coordinating everything right up until your first dance or until the very end, you decide!
Whatever you choose, we are there to support you how you need, with what you need, in order to enjoy your day.
